Seems everytime I join a new forum or register some download I get a new flurry of spam. I am up to around forty+ a day and growing. Took a weeks vacation last month and when I got back there were over 300 messages, all junk. I gotta do something.

Anybody have any experience with anti-spam programs or one you can recommend?

Switch to a mail server that has a SPAM filter. I don't have that problem myself, yet. But, some mail services offer spam filters that look at certain keywords and various characteristics of incoming mail. Once identified as SPAM, it can do one of several things-- delete it, attach a "SPAM:" prefix to the mail so you can set up your mail program to automatically redirect those emails to another folder, etc..
