Can you actually see the dongle to see if it has the correct drivers?
I ran the medic from rainbow and it says it sees the dongle but Lightwave and Aura cant find it half the time.
Sometimes they startup no prob and sometimes not.
And another thing is where to put the drivers or does that matter?
