The Lightwave manual says that the dangle tool has an option to dangle with regard to a bounding box around the selected geometry. When I call up the dangle tool the "Selection" option is not available on the "Reference" pop-up menu, even if I select geometry before calling up the tool.

Is there any way to get "Selection" to show up in the "Reference" pop-up when using Dangle, or is the manual lying to me?
