having tried newtek's customer service and support and still no reply after several days i'm trying here....

two things..

one i asked around 3 weeks ago about any training material or courseware that's available for lightwave as i'm now teaching CGI at a collage in nottingham U.K who are using 3ds max and combustion ..i want to expand it to cover lightwave as well...no reponse from newtek..not even a "no".

the other thing i asked a couple of days back was that i'm now also using lightscape and would like to connect lightscape with lightwave but found out that lightwave 7.5 has no connection currently so i was prompted by someone in the general forum to approach newtek asthey would supply a lightwave 5.6 to get the connection working...

this too i'll be using to demonstrate differnet rendering technology at collage to my students..i really don't want to keep it "max centric"..it's supposed to be a CGI course NOT a max course..if i continuse to get a deaf response from newtek i'll have to re focus on to another app such as maya ple...which i really don't want to do as i've bought lightwave and like the modeller and the renderer so much...


what should i do now?
who should i approach?

i've tried customer service/tech support...
