everytime I created a keyframe in LW, there is always an error occured: Lightwave caused error in ATIO9XAI.DLL.

Anyone has any idea??

The reference to ATI in the dll would make one think it's a video card driver issue. Try updating and/or reinstalling your card drivers. Maybe that'll clear up the probelm...
