How do I change the render output of the 3D Arsenal content scenes?
Scenes that come from 3D Arsenal's content directory are usually NTSC 4:3, but if you want wide screen or want to go to PAL or HD you need to change a couple of things.

First and foremost, highlight your camera from the Item drop-down list or simply select it and go to Properties (shortcut key: p). In Camera Properties you should have a Resolution drop-down menu with several presets. It is also possible to change the Width, Height and Pixel Aspect Ratio values by yourself if need be.

If you're working in NTSC you needn't worry about Field Rendering at the bottom as it should already be Odd First. If you need a progressive output or need to switch to PAL then you may have to change it as it won't do so automatically.

There is also a way to change frame rate (default is 30.0) by going to General Options (shortcut key: o) and changing the value, Frames Per Second.
