Dongle not working

It's not being seen anymore. I checked it in other USB ports but no luck.

Pls can someone help ASAP!!

they can go bad like anything else.
is the LED working on the dongle?
also, under os X(you dont say which) i have had this happen
once or twice, OSX seems to miss certain usb items on startup? and moving the dongle from port to port doesnt help
but a simple restart seems to fix it, if all else fails call the folks at newtek

you didn't happen to just switch to OSX did you? Were you using a ADB dongle with I-Mate? If so, LW under OSX doesn't recognize the I-mate dongle thing. You'll need to contact Newtek and get a new USB dongle. Then you need to call Newtek tech support and re-register with the new dongle.

big pain. and it costs $35 plus shipping.
