Building windows

Take a look at the skyline .avi in this folder: Should be the last file.

Notice the two tallest buildings. The windows right now are just illumination maps painted on to give the appearence of windows. While I'm not going for photorealism, I don't think this is going to be enough for me. Eventually, the windows are going to be a bit smaller, the buildings are really large.
Does anybody have any suggestions on things I can do just to make them look a bit better. It's going to be at night and a bit foggy and I'm not going to get too close to them, but they need a bit more. What can I do?

It makes the windows / frames by "clever" beveling of multiple polygons at once - you could do that manually too -

I updated the file. I think just making the windows smaller and adding color to them has helped. Like I said, it doens't have to be photoreal, I just want it to look like a city.
