Jittery Captures

I just finished up a project where I capture single frame RTV's from tape for use in a "slide show" presentation...simple dissolves from image to image. I simply use capture timed to a single frame. My question....how can I get a completely still image when moving video is captured? Several of my rtv's had moving portions jitter on screen.

On the Classic Toaster you could freeze pictures as 2-field versus 4-field and remove the shake.

Is there a similar option on the VT2?

There are a coulpe of possibilities, Scott. Using one of the standard Capture modules, you can capture sinlge frames as 720p (instead of 720i) - that will usually do it. Alternatively, use Aura's Video Grabber ... you might like the result with "Mix" mode. It's pretty easy to set up appropriate keystrokes to do this.
