I'm not an expert in the area but I had an idea that it might be interesting to start a thread to see what kind of custom menu setting people are using.

I'm working on mine now, will post as soon as I'm finished.

Here's my cutomised Spline Menu for Modeler

Nothing in mine worth posting an image of but all i do is pile all the tools i use a lot (but not what i use the most cos i know the shortcuts for those :)) into 1 tab, things like edge tools for example are in there. Mainly stuff i use quite a lot but that are on seperate tabs i move into 1 tab to save a bit of time.
