not rendering transparent areas

When I use screamernet to render, it seems that any transparent areas render as solids.

I show the same image rendered twice below:
The top one is rendered in lightwave, the bottom one rendered in screamernet. (I re-loaded all the plugins several times and rendered it first as jpg and then as tga just in case).

I'm using 7.5 right now, but as soon as I get this job out of the way I will load 8.

Can anybody help?

uhm it seems 7.5c or b result, go back to 7.5 or go over to 8, there are many bugs on screamernet on transparent, normal and with external shader like g2. until arrive lw8 (which correct the bug) we work with lw7.5c but our renderfarm work with 7.5 screamernet set.

Okay.. I gave in and finally installed LW8.. Screamernet works fine now.. but I still had to get rid of those pesky references to spreadsheet!!

fortunately in lw8 spreadsheet seems a legacy plugin, be cause new scene editor seems a powerful replacement of it.

you can open scenes in notepad (or textedit under mac) and delete reference about spreadsheet.

anyway sn under lw8 seems more smart, and what not understand, skip.
