Just something I knocked up over a couple of spare nights.
A little bit of work still left, on the reflections in particular and maybe some puffy clouds.

Wow! looks very nice! a lot of details; Radiosity? How you did the trees?

Good work.
And what about sharing tips, lighting techniques, presets, maps (of course free ones)?
This is recommended for all users that submit their works.
As we know, LW is not used widely in ArchViz, and NT doesn't give enough attention.
This can help people use LW more in ArchViz.

Cheers ali :) here's a lager version ... slightly less saturated and added more bloom.

the background is scanned from a photo then I masked out the trees and just dropped the render behind in Photoshop.
Light setup - well nothing fancy here.
One distant light, Background gradient, MC 2 bounces and FP.
Final size was about 4000 pixels across and took ... 6 hours worth of my sleep to cook to a refinement level of 7 in FP.
Textures - one generic concrete image, one generic wood image and one for each of the people (AXYZ models). That's about it for the majority of it. Rest is all just procedurals and straight colours.
I was more by a@$e than class that the shadows from the tree on grass (real in the photo) match pretty much spot on with the shadows on the concrete slab under the deck chair. Oh - I used a few AO passes as well to grunge up the crevices a little.

Really nice...
Now make it realtime <giggle>....
No really. Nice design actually. Refreshing to see it between the nasty poshy retro things.

:) thanks Exception ... you read my mind. I was playing around with your tute last night and there is a lotta lotta stuff you can do with it oh and thanks for that last little tip. I will give this model a go in LS and see how I go then try for some larger streetscapes perhaps. You mentioned trees/vegetation will be a problem so I'll see how to approach that when I come to it :)
u guys are class thanks for sharing
