Petterns, thanks for responding;
I have an old Friends of Ed book: Flash and Director - Designing Multiuser Websites;
however its focus was on the SMUS, which I have determined to be unsupported, especially in light of the disappearance of Troy Hipolitto's www.shockwaveserver.com;
I had also seen your old post which you gave me a link to; however that is also in regards to SMUS;
I have concluded that Flash Com is the necessary direction; I signed up with MediaTemple.com and I am expecting a book: Reality Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX: Strategic Solutions for Online Interaction by
William B. Sanders via Amazon within the next day or two;
thanks
