Hi All,
I am pretty new to the whole Lightwave 3D scene, and I have to say I love this program, and I love looking at all of the talented people's creations! I was making my first little scene, and i've got a night sky with some clouds. There is a perfect spot where i want to put a star, but I was wondering if anyone knew how I can make that "glowing" technique with the horizontal streaks...like in this picture:
