Firewire Out?

Can the TriCaster output over the firewire connector? If so, how is that configured?

I'm not sure if it is a feature or not. It's a locked down simplified box, so since it isn't on the GUI, they probably don't intend for it to happen.

You can still find the VT4 style DV as input/output option in preferences though. I don't know if end users will be able to access preferences or not. It would make DV capture much more confusing.

Until now, I haven't thought about outputting to DV. The editor is mainly for creating clips for later playback in the VCR section during switching and that's how I've been testing.
