backtracking clips from TE to filesystem

I originally posted this to Toaster Edit & it was suggested I post it here, as the feature I desire apparently does not exist. So...


I'm trying to figure how to locate the clips I've used in my edit, out on the filesystem. Is there any way to display the full path of each clip, or is the "alias name" as close as it gets? I know the clips I use are marked in bold font when I browse the filesystem using the file bin, but I keep wanting to right-click on a crouton to get more info about its location.

Stephen, if you open EditProps with a clip selected, then choose "Comments" using the cycle switch at upper right in that panel -- you can see the full path of the clip just above the comments field.
