Video Latency and PPT Delay

We are trying out the new TriCaster and we are experiencing some latency in the video. Is there a control that adjusts that somewhere? Has anyone else experienced that?

There is also quite a delay from the PowerPoint on the laptop to the screen. Almost 2 seconds. Is that because of going through the network and is there any way to speed that up?

I think there is a two frame delay in the TriCaster, you can make this problem a non-issue, If you run your audio through the TriCaster. You cannot adjust the delay.

The Power Point delay is probably a result of it going through the network. Your best bet would be to try to setup a faster connection between the two machines, (Gigabit?)
