 Yes you've heard about it, and now you can get it! Yes it's the ever popular 3 input switcher skin for VT4....and most likely Version 3.

Ok seriously, I whipped this bad boy out this morning to solve my problem on my edit only VT systems. The available switcher skins had too much stuff on them for editing only setups, but the bloomin' slim switcher skin lacks the DSK controls needed to preview CG work on program out. This one is the size of a standard VTVision screen and/or VTScope screen, thus allowing them to stack neatly right next to each other three across on a 1280x1024 screen. No more under/overs or constant switching of skins. :) So, here it is in all it's glory. DSK/DVE/proc amp/background generator/IVga controls and three whole source inputs to do with as you please......Yeah! :boogiedow

P.S. - I've got a 6 input version as well, but that'll cost you a dollar!
P.P.S. - Don't forget to read the readme file!

Cool, thanks.

I've got a good reason to try this one out today.

Nice job.

Now we officially have a total of 5 people who understand how to skin VT!!

That is not a good thing Jeff!

Thank you JReble (a 'real' name would sure be nice for occasions such as this - I promise I'll only use it positively... :) ). I normally only use the slim switcher, but get really tired of having to take up half my screen real estate with the 8-Input version when I do need a DSK. Much needed and appreciated!!!

I used it and it works great, just the thing for a lot of simple switching jobs.

As always, I've got a criticism (I'm such a pain...)

I figured out how to make those fold down skins like on the VTVisions, so how about one that folds the bottom section away? I'll show you how to do it if you like.

I always like something usefull like this. after looking at it im thinking could i use it for live switching effectivly. well, if you would make this a 6 ch 2 for dvrs and 1 for back. just make the buttons smaller to use the same area.
i wish i could figure out this skin stuff....
since were on the subject of skins, could someone make the editor skin with a few effects built in at the bottom maybe a place for between 1 -10 that way i dont need a filebin open just for that.
thanks.
