Allow anything with overlay on to use DVEs

To edit in TED is better than great, it's excellent!

But it sure would be nice to apply DVEs to titles or anything that has overlay enabled.

Yes, you can use motion builder, but that's not the point. The point is: at a television station, ALL sources are video. You can put anything thru a DVE there...why not in TED?

There's another thread running somewhere around here with the same thought. Yep, it has been something we've been hoping for from day one, and there's not doubt it will show up eventually one way or another. It would be lovely to see in [3] :)
