.aur to .jpeg or .gif

I'm very new to aura and can't find if there is a way to save a single image as a different format I.E. .jpg or .gif. can aura do this conversion after you have modified an image? If not might anyone know of freeware or shareware that can?

Wowsers. You MUST be really new to Aura!

1. File > Mode > GIF or JPG
2. File > Export > Image
