Ok I'm not happy about this I emailed Newtek the other day following Jims posting with my details as I was not included in any emails (Ref here from us by Monday morning or email us).
So I did. Today I get an email from Paul saying my free downloads of the freebies are now avalible to download so I thought cool there just testing every one can see the download section login hey presto no downloads visit the boards and every man and his dog has got SpeedEdit!!!!!!!! WTF (I have actually been working so did not know SpeedEdit had been released.)
This is on top of a week of complete CRAP trying to deal with tech support with an issue with my SX 8. I cannot believe Newtek has ONE VT tech guy in Europe BTW (who has been off ill) nothing wrong with being ill but bloody **** one guy for Europe!!!!
Lucky for me Donny of VT tech support in the US came to the rescue and over a period of 4 days he sends and email I get in following morning read it then reply. Sorted the problem out Asked Newtek Europe (there tech guy was now back) to send me the faulty part UPS it next day delivery, it comes WRONG ****ing part I waited in all morning for the UPS BTW. I'm now out this morning to source the part locally as I cannot be arsed contacting support again!!
BTW Good job I'm not billing you for all this time ****ing around :mad:
SO THREE QUESTIONS
1) After sending you all the info you needed VT 4 reg details time date of order etc........WHERE THE **** IS MY COPY OF SPEEDEDIT
2) On my reg page online I do not see any VT registrations listed even though it's registered with Newtek Europe. Will this screw me for my VT 5.0 update and WHY IS IT NOT LISTED!
3) For **** SAKE why don't you train another person up on VT support in Europe!!!!!!!!!?
