I know I must deal with Customer Service, but their phone says the offices are closed. Do I have to wait till Tuesday to get this done?

That's my understanding Mark. We have to go through Customer Service to get it done.

John, thanks for replying on what must be a day off for the gang--a well-deserved rest.

I discovered that by clicking continue and bypassing the registration process for my desktop install, SE opens. I presume I've got 15 days of grace which is certainly enough to let the Customer Service elves to get back to their places.
