DVD Workshop 2 & SpeedEdit?

2nd - Would Ulead DVD Workshop 2 still be able to import .vtp (Video Toaster Projects) via SpeedEdit?

3rd – Can’t seem to find the Tool Box? Anybody?

F9 for Tool SHed is that what you are looking for.
Look in the Window menu.

There currently isn't any VTP loader support in SpeedEDIT for direct project use in other applications.

You need to render your project out of SpeedEDIT to put it in any other applications at this point.
