Where is the SE download for those who took up the newtek VT5 upgrade offer?

I'd call your dealer first, if you have one - or NewTek customer services. My understanding is the only communication has been electronically from the information collated during 2006 and sent using each customers email details as provided when folks registered their product. I'm not sure if this varies for folks outside NorthAmerica?

If you haven't yet registered your purchase, I'd do so electronically and then contact NewTek in the USA by email or phone when they are fully back in to work. I'd imagine that the offer was sent out manually based on previous registration details. Always worth trying registration or perhaps just changing your preferred email address. Maybe also check any spam folders on the email address you previously nominated. It might be that you have been sent the details but that they have been quarantined or placed incorrectly in a junk folder?

Once they've received what they need from you I am sure they'll look after you - especially as this seems have occured as an issue from the the way the fulfillment process works.

I understand that the packaged materials for SpeedEDIT will be sent out in January. Do note that VT[5] comes with SpeedEDIT-VT so you may have a better place for your free standalone SpeedEDIT in the meantime. Hopefully you'll be sorted out very soon.
