reducing the size

Is there other way of reducing the size but still have a good quality? I recently tried making a moving fog effect in image ready and it turned out to be almost 10 MB file, opinions please?

are you asking about reducing the size of the image sequence you render from LightWave?

You can render as an AVI or quicktime and use compression but there is always a quality hit when you do this.
