Dynamic Realities Tech Support???

Hey...Hi...has anyone been able to get tech support from Dynamic Realities lately? I have sent multiple emails and called every number on their site, but nobody answers the phones and all their voice mailbozes are full! Does anyone know the secret phone number to the underground lair where these guys are hiding out? I've got a few questions that need answering!!! I believe Andy Frerking is on vacation in Europe for a month. Must've been a good year for rigid body simiulators, advanced partcile systems, and unbelieveable NatureFX. :)

He talked like he would be checking email but it may take him a few days to respond (I had asked if he would assist me if I ran into any trouble on an article I'm writing).

Try the forums on Yahoo and on Dynamic Realities site, or post your question here even. Chances are there are some users that could give you a hand. Napalm and Impact are awesome problems, and even for the price they're jam-packed with some amazing features. It can be a little frustrating when you're trying to setup a complex dynamics sim or particle system, but there are always lots of DR customers willing to offer help.
