Midiman Object Agent

Hi. I am trying to use the Midiman Object Agent lscript. I am not sure if I have the necessary components. I downloaded a Midiman.inc and a Midiman.oal file and the directions in .html form. Is this all I need for this to run? If so, I am doing something wrong. How do I properly install these older lscripts? Also, I am under the impression I am missing a component in a file called mmoa.zip which the link to it is dead. Anyone have this thing (if I need it)?
