3DA objects in layout

Does anyone know how to make objects from 3DA in layout move and be controlled as one object. It's a pain to move mulitple pieces of an object together when they are on different layers.

Add a null and parent all the objects you wish to move as a group to the null.

If you are using a separate letters scene we already have a controller in there for you. Replace the first letter of a separate letters scene and then use the "Text Null" to move everything.

To do this from scratch
go to items tab and add a null - call it controller or something you will know
go to classic scene editor - upper left corner of interface

here you can see all the items in the scene
find the null
now drag each item you want the null to control under it
push it up slightly until you see the indicator line indent
This item is now parented to the null
Add as many items to the null this way as you like
now control the null to control all the objects parented to it.
