3d Arsenal with LW7.5 (Vista OS)

I am having major problems installing 3d Arsenal with LW7.5 (Vista Operating System)

I can not see the 3D Arsenal tab in LW7.5.

(1) I do not have a C: documents and settings directory in Vista.
Does the config files go in C:user/Rick directory?

(2) Where are the "Interface Loader files saved in Vista?

I have updated the both plugin directories.

I have changed 3D Arsenal Master Content Directory too.

The online documentation is written for Windows XP and not the newer Vista OS.

Any suggestions? :help: :help:

Solution Found

I installed and removed both programs several times. I have many hours of placing files in different directories. This was not fun.

I wanted to pass on the solution to making 3D Arsenal to work with Window Vista. This is not covered in any documentation that I found with program or online.

I am hoping that this information will save you guys time,

Computer / Local Hard Disk C: / Users / Rick

Replace "Rick" with the name you log into the computer with.

It worked for me. :)
