Can I use fx1 cameras , something similar or maybe even consumer verison cameras? With the studio pro?

We regularly use the Sony Z1 with the Tricaster Pro. Also PD170s along with D30s. They play together nicely!

Also, you can feed the Z1 (or FX1) in SD mode in 16:9 and feed the projector in 16:9. The iso monitor in the Tricaster is squished, but the output works great.

You can feed any composite, Y/C or component signal into TriCaster.
