Just incase you have ever wondered what Bob's MultiCAM can do for you... Take a Look at this screen shot of the edit I'm doing right now. It is 9 HDV cameras, 22 dances all on one time line (and this is just act 1 of the first show) Once I got them all synced up it only took me a little bit longer then the actual run time to do my multicam edit. Each of those markers you see is a cut to another camera.

Pretty crazy...

Thanks for that Brett!
SE has background rendering which provides the ability to playback all those
clips in real-time and you can just pick em as you go along!
Like editing a live show with one great extra you can go back and pick
a different camera for a missed switch.

I have many happy Multicam users and the SE version is the best Multicam
version yet! If you used more than on camera for that event or movie MULTICAM is the way to edit.
(I should start an endorsements page!)
FYI..

In case you want to get it all my plugins you can order them from my website
www.bobfx.com click on the Buy Now button.
LWConnect which is included is one of my favorites.
Thanks again Brett..

now if someone could make a plug-in that syncs video I would be in heaven...

My method is actually pretty simple... for this show I have a row of lights that were in every shot so I just found the frame where they popped on and then they were in sync. If that method did not work then I used the wild audio to sync them up but that takes much longer as every time I moved 1 frame I had to wait for the background render to catch up again.

I wrote a very little hot-key script that re-syncs clips atfer you move them on the timeline. It's made very short work of 2-camera edit projects for me. I believe it is in a qeue to become available as a free download in the near future.

I've used Bob's Multicam on 8 5 camera workout DVD's. It's really great. It saved me from having to use alternate software to edit my multicam projects.
