Here is a scene I did as a study of colour and shapes. Its the first real attempt at a sketch I've done in photoshop, so more of a practice piece, which I might try and develop further.

Your backdrop reminds me of the work of both Jim Burns (Planet Story) and Roger Dean (did a lot of work for 'Yes') - mixed together. Nice feel.

It did take a while to do (5 or 6 hours maybe) - probably too long considering its meant to be a sketch!
