Yeah, the layers of textures was kind of the point of this exercise. I'm not totally happy with it, but it's been a long time since I've tried doing one of these.

I used to say that the stuff I did was like Picasso, Dali and Escher meeting in a junk yard. Of course, I'm not nearly as skilled as those guys. :) (or as skilled as many here)
