If I get 7.5 with Arsenal, then want to upgrade to the newest version of lightwave do I have to buy a hole new lightwave, or can I get the upgrade price?

When you buy 3D Arsenal with LightWave 7.5, it is a fully registered version of LW so you can upgrade at the upgrade price.
