I have the wedding ammo pack and i a making a new tga for the magazine scene. What fonts did they use for the cover?

it would be nice if with the software could come photoshop files of things like the front cover page. So that you can add your own text .

It does come with PSD layered files for just that reason.
They should be in 3D Arsenal Master Content/Images/PSD
