William is working on a full tutorial on how to achieve this kind of look so we'll have to wait until it is finished which he said will be very soon.

Wacom has done this years ago and already shared his scenes. Why don't you have a look and try to assemble the rest by yourself? I'm suprised that so many can't figure out how to do this?!
