I can't quite tell what I am looking at, do you have a perspective view?

It has some really nice lines and the quality of the render is very nice.

From a design standpoint, there are some flaws.
First thing I noticed were the propellers (or Props if this is an underwater vehicle). Usually these would be pushing or pulling a craft. So they are pependicular to the travel pattern. These appear to be parrallel to the travel pattern.

I say this because the seats are in a side by side configuration. This also is a problem. Travelling broadside to the mass creates drag so the propelling system must expend more energy to overcome this. This isn't impossible, it just uses more engery.

Individual pods seem awkward at first. But you have triggered an idea just the same. Two pods in a shared frame would allow for possible splitting up or independent rotation to allow for more effiecient searching/viewing.

But it is a really nice render. You have a good eye for flow lines. Very sleek, very pretty.
