My apologies in advance... as I render these out to Quicktime it appears to be taxing my system and may cause some download issues.

A big, BIG thank you to you, Gruvsyco! It's a shame that you even had to do this in the first place, but enough *****ing...on to the videos! Thanks again, man!

Hmm...IE is giving me error messages, saying "HTTP error. Access to the resource is forbidden". I'm guessing it's a bandwidth issue? Oh well, I'll keep trying. If I ever manage to get any of them downloaded, I'll mirror as many as I can on my site to try and ease the burden.

Looks like the links are working now... and with a little help we may have a mirror sometime soon... It may be slow but it does work and it gives you Mac guys a small glimpse of the streams.

Hope you guys enjoy.

Unsurprisingly, I'm getting an error message cos there's too many people logged on!

But many thanks for doing this - although it shouldn't be up to a LW user to supply videos of LW8 to the Mac community.

Shame on you, NewTek.

How's the mirroring coming along? I'm anxiously waiting to see some streams. Thank you for doing this guys, gruvsyco and triple g. Still getting HTTP errors too many people on. I'll keep trying.

gruv,

Someone posted downloadable streams for the PC (WM ver9), and I beleive dan ablan provided server space. perhaps you can convince them to allow you to post them there as well if you're having band width issues......

Siggraph - Streams for download :

Ok folks, everything is done and mirrored. From now on, my server should be up all the time (unless my machine crashes....*gasp*). I plan on leaving this stuff up as long as there's a demand for it, so everybody doesn't need to grab it all at once. If you can't download, keep trying...you should be able to get through eventually. Remember...please have mercy on my poor little cable modem! It's not used to all this attention...

Thanks to Triple G for mirroring these.

archiea:

I have a bunch of WM9 streams, more than what I posted those were just the easiest ones to convert and get up... which leads to...

battery555:

They will be up for a while and eventually there will be more. However...

You guys are freakin killing my access right now so, for the duration of Siggraph today my site will be offline so I can get some more video streams.

Once I have them captured and converted, I'll talk to Dan and see if he would host these too. It'd be kinda nice if Newtek would help out as well

Sorry for the delays folks. Triple G and I are try to get our files synchronized. His site should be back up shortly.

My site will be down for the night as I convert files.

Good news though... I found a (thanks to GGG) better audio compression codec and it has cut the file size pretty good. SO the batch that I encode of todays stuff should be a little easier on both of our systems.
