Question PFX: shift particles playback

Hi all, I have saved a pfx file with some particles. Now, I want to anticipate the playback of pfx particles by n frames. How can I do it?

Well, I found that I can do it playing with Playback > Key and moving the emitter keyframe (default at 0) to another place, such as -20. This forces particles to anticipate the playback by 20 frames.

However, I'm very interested in those Dpont tools (I always am): are they nodes or normal plugins?

One of his plugins can convert a pfx file to mdd. Then you can use his mdd pointer node to control the playback speed etc.
