Speed Modeling Challenge #63- Green fingers

Speed Modeling Challenge #63- Green Fingers
--------------------------------------------------------------------

*************************************************
Rules:

1. Every week there will be a subject for you to model along with a time limit. You should spend no longer than the allocated time, then post a render of your model. As in most challenges like this, your honesty on modelling times is essential. How you interpret the brief is up to you as long as the final model conforms to what is asked for.
2. Post a render of your model (min 800x600 pixels) in this thread with a wireframe.
3. LightWave should be used for modelling. 3rd party Plug ins are allowed.
4. You can enter as many times as you like, posting each in this thread. If you run over the time, the model can still be posted but won't be subject to the judging.
5. Time spent on texturing, setting up a scene for a render and rendering is not included in the allocated period.

**Please mention whether or not you would be happy to share the model.**

*************************************************
Lightwave Speed Modeling Group

I might try my hand or fingers on a venus flytrap. If I can find a whole hour somewhere.

mushy

Well then. Quick and very dirty
Time schedule:
Making photos : 15 min
Creating object : 5 min
Rendering : 1 min

Build the mushroom (stam and top) but a spider object that I had lying around (no clue where I got it) on top to show it is actually an object and not just a picture. Front projection did the rest.

Tip on Front projection (just recently learned that not many people know this):
In this case I used one area light. Duplicate this and keep it exactly the same as the 1st light. Make it -100% and have it exclude any object that is not fron projection.
Set the surface that has front projection to 100% diffuse and 100% luminosity. You then get an exact match. (of your object and the background).

Can I put in more models for one challenge? As my first one didn't involve much modelling
