The Trainspotting links (if there is one) doesn't seem to work. The color workflow and animeeple articles are pretty awesome. Will finaly try those out.. Thanks.

Good as always. It's too bad there's no new information on CORE to share.

The LightWave_HC_Gamma_Overview.zip is public and I think it's supposed to be HardCore members only...anyway, I just downloaded it

Clearly LWHC isn't as sensitive as CORE in terms of keeping things under wraps.

So Matt, you're saying it was supposed to be public in the first place.

I just thought that when fixing the dead links...they accidentally made that link public

Thanks for the head's up. Matt is securing the file; but for those of you who are interested in this new feature of LightWave HC (the companion edition of LightWave 3D that will accompany CORE while it grows up), Matt will be producing a new edition of the video incorporating changes we have implemented since the build this was produced with. Plans are for that new version of the video to be made available to the public.

And, our apologies for the confusion - the review process was insufficient in this round, or the link would not have been mistakenly included. We'll work on doing better next time.

Just to clear something up, I posted the video link in the HC forum originally, so no one but HC people knew it was there (oooh, if only you knew which videos reside on my site that aren't linked! Not porn BTW!)

It only went "public" when it was linked in the Newsletter. It's been fixed now.

huh that's weird while I was trying to find clues about the cryptic sentence included at the end of each newsletter(*), I noticed there's a hidden link that points to a russian website, apparently absolutely not related to LW or even NT
HTML Code:
<div style="color: red; display: none;"><a href="http://blyadi.associatcs.ru/">дешевые бляди снять блядь </a></div>
What the ????

(*) : For those who missed them, here is the list, in order of appearance since Sept 2008 :
  • There will be cake!
  • All your base are belong to us - (Zero Wing)
  • Which way is up?
  • You're opening Pantera's box.
  • umop apisdn - (upside down ?)
  • end of line.
  • Dude, you're meat - (Zathura ?)
  • Welcome to the desert of the real - (Slavoj Zizek ?)
  • Curse you aqua scum - (Finding Nemo ?)
  • ISCBTKW (???)
  • It's got electrolytes (Idiocracy - thanks Matt)
  • I am Sancho (Orgazmo - thanks Cagey )
