Boogiedown ANN: Free db&w Tools V1.5 released

We've just (finally!) released db&w Tools V1.5.

Changes since the last release:
  • Added Sequencer node
  • Added "Revenge of the Lenscap" image viewer (Please be careful with that one!)
  • various extensions to existing nodes
  • various bug fixes
  • added on-line documentation at http://www.db-w.com/content/view/137/
One of the various extensions is the global illumination output available in the Single Light Lambert node.
The Sequencer node is extremely hand in conjunction with the outputs available in the Extended Spot Info to producer per surface/object/item mattes... or basically output any value between 0 and 1 depending on IDs to be re-used later (i.e. as a gradient input).

More information is available in the on-line docs.

Cheers,
Mike

We just hope that our cards made it to the US as well, as we got no feedback at all from across the pond...

Cheers,
Mike

Well, I did thank you and wished you happy holidays. That was on #lw3d (freenode). But, of course, you deserve another:

Thank you!!

Thanks a lot
By the way, it would help us (and you I suppose) if you could send us your new address for the end of this year

Cheers,
Mike

Wow that gamma admjustment pixel filter could be an absolute godsend! That's going to make working in LCS a huge improvement!

Which was pretty much the only reason to add it... and since it's just re-used code... *pffff*

Cheers,

Hehe yeah but it's seriously useful! NT should have done an implementation themselves!

Mike, Any idea when UB 64-bit versions will be available for the plugins?

(edit) Also, any word on when latest DP lights, nodes, etc. will be UB-ified?
