nice work.

just one thing i notice is that the feet look a bit too small in proportion to the body, and maybe the hands just slightly undersized too.

I agree about the feet and hands. Also, something seems "off" about the head. It might be too small as well. A third point, I think the shoulders are normally wider than the hips, especially with thin bodies. The arms should be able to fall completely vertical without contact on the hips, or barely touching, in a thin body.
Hmmm, thinking back to anatomy class... the female hips are also "turned out" more, as I recall. You might dredge up a photo of a female human skeleton, to look at proportions.

I agree with what has been said, regarding feet, shoulders, hips etc.

It's a little hard to tell, but the one thing that really bugs me, with allot of the female models I've seen, is that not only are the breasts too big, but also the nipples are pointed forward. Instead of out to the side, around a 30º - 40º.
Allot of drawings have that same problem. Not that, that is where I always am looking on women
But, hum......
Any way......it looks like a good go!

Ok resized the arms and foot a bit... but also the whole body....

adjusted the pointings for the nipples to...

about adjusting the hips.. I'm unsecure about how I should attack that problem.. a illustration would be great...

I don't know if you're asking for any tips on texturing, but on her face, it looks like you did one half of the color map in some paint program for one side of her face, then just mirrored it over to cover the other side. I see identical freckles on both sides of the face. Much too proportionate. I'd randomize that to make it more realistic. Just my 2 cents. What's your poly count?

From front view, feet still seem too narrow, in relation to the ankles and the body. The back of the feet may be OK, the front needs to expand l/r. don't worry about the hips, it's probably more relevant when you get to motion...

the poly count for the body/face/eyes is at 9717, I guess its to high.. But parts that get hidden behind clothes will be deleted when I'll try to animate her.

texturing is not completed for the face

my biggest concern is how I should make a uv map for the body.. can't make a good uv map for the body..

The thing with the hips is going to be a problem only with animation and certian poses. I have a similar body, so when i look in a mirror, i am the same width from inside the arms to feet, bar stomach. The shorter body is a little to stumpy now for a perfect Human.

Devisor,

I'm not sure why you're bothering to build all the body since you say you're going to be putting clothes on her.

But since you have it built, I would save a copy before you start putting clothes on her and delteting parts.

And what is that below her belly button and on her back in the last picture?

Well, I can appreciate that (wanting to be a good modeler I mean).

The tattoo. Is it a dragon? I can't tell, it's a little small. Right now it just looks like she has a big clump of hair there. As in the hairline to happiness clump of hair.
