ScreamerNet Controller Version 4.0 Released

Just a quick shout out that OSX ScreamerNet Controller version 4.0 has been released and is available here! It adds support for Lightwave 9 UB and has a handful of feature upgrades. As always, the Lite version is still free. Enjoy!

Hi Jon,

I gave it a spin and it works great with ScreamerNet UB!
I like the new features too!

Great Job!

I added an Advanced Network Rendering with Mac ScreamerNet UB to my Mastering LightWave ScreamerNet for Mac OS X tutorial to include using your new UB version of ScreamerNet Controller to manage ScreamerNet UB. Over the next week or so I'll be updating it with newer screenshots and refined steps.

hi mike,

this looks very good, but a split frame rendering option (which is essential for me, because mostly rendering large stills) is missing... is this a feature which is on the list?

cheers

Hey Markus,

Right now split frame rendering is on the feature request list but it is unfortunately a low priority due to the depth involved in making it happen. We'll definitely keep you updated if anything changes!

The registration page (http://www.catalystproductions.cc/sc.../purchase.html) lists the pricing for the different versions in the dropdown box. Of course as always the Lite version is free.
