I can't download the tut, it says that your bandwidth has been exceeded. No doubt, that bird with the feathers looks fantastic! How can I get the tut?

When I try to follow this example using the UVbias, I dont see how to get all the guides to conform uniformly to face the normals. They instead tend to always flatten out along one axis (?).
