Extends Services Forums Offer Users
Beyond Typical Support Areas
San Antonio, Texas --
October 18, 2002 -- NewTek, Inc.,
manufacturer of industry-leading 3D animation
and video products, today announced announced
the "Opportunity Center", an expanded
classified ads section where product users
can post job openings, resumes, service listings
and other notices. The Opportunity Center also
includes areas where schools and training centers
can post their training offerings for NewTek's
LightWave 3D®, VT®, and
Aura Video Paint. Producers of books and tapes
for training on NewTek's line of products may
also list their products in the Training and
Education sections or in the Buy/Sell/Trade
sections.
"We're very oriented to
our user community," said Chuck Baker, director
of corporate communications and the administrator
of NewTek's Forum. "We have the support
sections typical of a manufacturer forum but
we also have community areas where the users
discuss pretty much any topic of interest in
their industry. With the new Opportunity Center,
we also now provide a community resource for
employment, education, and even a little swap-and-shop."
The recently added forum area
has been expanded today with several new sections,
and now offers the following sections:
- Job Listings - LightWave 3D®
- Job Listings - VT®/Aura Video
