Description:
NewTek is seeking a high-energy individual to play a key role in the sales organization. The 3D Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and driving revenue for our LightWave 3D software and related services. This position has revenue responsibility for the 3D vertical in the Americas, and reports to the Director of WW Sales Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Meet monthly quarterly, and yearly revenue targets for the 3D market space.
- Build a sales pipeline by responding to leads and cold calling lead lists.
- Field all incoming calls related to LightWave 3D
- Build and maintain relationships with our LightWave 3D key accounts and resellers
- Communicate NewTek’s value proposition as a provider of 3D and graphics solutions
- Work with the 3D Marketing Manager on coordinating events and key customer demonstrations
- Work with the 3D Demo Artist on coordination of events and key customer demonstrations
- Gain market segment expertise through contact with 3D customers, prospects, and industry experts
- Act as NewTek Sales’ 3D specialist, partnering with the video sales team on opportunities as necessary
- Participate in the sales process as appropriate, including some travel as required.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Experience with computer applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheet management and communication applications are necessary. Experience working in a sales team environment is helpful.
Required Skills
- 2 years of sales experience
- Thorough understanding of LightWave 3D, and the 3D market in general is preferred but not requred
- Strong telesales skills
- Strong general communication skills
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintains a strong network of relationships with a direct impact on the role
- Ability to self-motivate and operate independently
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional relationship building capabilities; both internal & external customers
- Bachelors degree preferred.
