      No Audio Output From the Flyer

Problem: There is no audio output from the Flyer.

1. Check for faulty cables.

2. Are the Flyer outputs going to professional audio equipment that expects balanced audio input? If so, then you need the proper adapter in place to convert the Flyer's consumer line level, unbalanced output for a professional level balanced input device.

3. If cables and adapters are correct, check the output devices to be sure they are functioning correctly with other input sources on the same inputs as used for the Flyer.

4. If cables and output devices are OK, and proper adapter is in place if output is to a balanced input device, then test the Flyer with other output devices. If faulty, call NewTek for an RMA.
