Problem: When performing a voidall, get error message "Error 17 - Error in List"

This indicates that clips on the drive are corrupt. At the very least the corrupt clips must be located and removed. The drive may have to be reformatted to eliminate the file corruption problem.

Early versions of the Flyer software were prone to developing file corruption problems, but this issue is resolved in 4.2, and users who have not received that version from NewTek should contact NewTek Customer Services to arrange to receive the update. Regardless what version of Flyer software is in use, when file corruption problems appear it may also be wise to check SCSI cabling and drives to be sure the problem is not due to noise or electrical problems due to failing cables or drives.
