Files Not Found, But the Files Are Present

Problem: Install problems, or weird
problems after the install that report files not found,
but the files are present in the NewTek drawer.
Make sure no hard drive or partition has a volume
name of "Toaster" This can produce a faulty
install where files end up in the wrong location, or,
if the install goes OK, will produce errors when the
software is run, because the volume "Toaster" conflicts
with the assignment of "Toaster:" to the
NewTek drawer, which is required for things to run
correctly. The software looks for files it needs to
load in the root directory of the drive or partition,
instead of inside the NewTek drawer.
